Cries of Complain

My House

Hello my dear blog readers! It's been awhile since I've been here. Today I have a story....

I was speaking to some friends today when someone asked me about my house that I have lived in since I was a child. It has such a great meaning....

The house I currently live in is a two-story house. My dad now has a his dream boat but you know it wasn't always like this. It all started form the bottom. When I was not even born my parents lived with my dad's mother. And the revolt of my mother is what caused my family growth. She didn't accept the to have little and not the best. She always has this tendency to want to improve daily. It started with a empty lot. From there my dad began building the foundation of our house. They moved in when it wasn't fully built having to sleep on the wooden floors. As the years passed....

Today while I was in school I was noticing a something so profound within people. But dear you must be sincere with yourself in order to cause this inner change..........

Who are you when you are alone? What are your thoughts? Do you find yourself with more negative thoughts or perhaps worrying so much?

Can I tell you a little secret?......

You are completely sad and depend on the exterior things , such as a boyfriend, family, friends, music, fashion, etc. Though you say it isn't true but, it seems that you have a hard time to smile. You use material things to cause a smile. Sometimes it is evident in the face of the person and other times it truly hidden. Only you know who you are when no one is around. Without all these exterior things i mentioned above, if they were to never exist...How would you then be happy? Hide the sadness?

But , hope is NOT lost! This is not something physical needed to fight but a spiritual battle. Every heard of a spiritual world? Darkness and light? Did you know there is a way to fight all this sadness and darkness?

The Power of Decisions

Hello dear readers, im sorry Im behind on the series, promise the next part will be posted Monday. But, i want to put a pause on that for this week to have you think about something very important! 

This week i was thinking about one word: Decisions 

This one word has a hidden treasure within. Its the answer to the reason why you havent changed, or why you cant overcome a certain problem, or even most of all conquer your salvation.

You remember the countless times you complained and cried to the pastor, your friend, or a family member about how your life doesnt change. How you just cant overcome the doubts, fears, the great battle inside. Or even how you complain that you cant stop doing something that displeases God because its too hard and you attempted before but didnt succeed. Then you contuine to stay in the same place...stuck in life. Always making the same mistakes. And falling in the faith and thus be defeated , feeling bad about yourself ..thinking

You are what you eat!

Above is a commercial I saw on tv a long time ago and didn't understand the phrase , " You are what you eat". I thought and thought about it until a few years later this phrase became a reality in my life. Recently this phrase came to my mind and I immediately  remember this commercial (watch above to understand better).

In the commercial it shows the difference between the kids. The kid who drank the sidekick pediasure is more energetic and is scoring points. While the other kids who ate donuts or greasy french fries are running slower and the mom is regretting taking a child through drive-thru :D. Lol.

When you eat things from the world and your cup (your mind) is filled with worldly things and insecurities you are just like those kids who ate french fries. It is unhealthy to your body (spiritual life). When you keep doings things of the flesh and things that have nothing to do with God or don't add to your life you become slower and unhealthy in your spiritual life. But yet you just keep wondering why you feel like you do or why you don't grow it is because of what your heart and mind is filled with is unhealthy to your spiritual life. This is what happened to me. I will give you my personal experience. On my free time I noticed  I was on social networks, messaging friends, and watching movies just for entertainment. Then later I would go to church and be filled with HEALTHY FOOD , but after I would fill myself with fleshy food. So therefore the HEALTHY FOOD wasn't enough because of the rest the UNHEALTHY food i would eat throughout my day.

Words that curse

Hello everyone welcome back! What a joy to be back again ! Todays subject as I promised is about cursed words. I was thinking about this and many things I mediated about to help you guys.

Cursed words are exactly those words that put you and others down. Many times our anger rises and we say things out of anger , not thinking  of future consequences. For men and woman this neutralizes your self worth. For woman it makes you less attractive. And for man it shows that you cannot control yourself therefore destroying your manhood. The words we say define us. Someone can get to know who the person really is inside when they speak to that person and pay attention to the words he or she says.  See how important is it. Our words show what is in our heart. Think about it. For example Jesus never spoke a negative word no matter if the person were to insult Him or curse Him. Why? He was pure and holy , everywhere He went He wanted others to know His Father. We must follow this example.  This is exactly where Christians fail , they say they gave their life to God and follow Him. But many used cursed words such as gossip , speaking bad about someone, letting negative thoughts put you down, letting others negative words influence you, when someone says your ugly you believe it; and many more.

That Little Voice

Have you seen building blocks? You know how as you stack the blocks higher and higher , you get more tense and are more careful as you add each block. Then one little mistake or move you make causes the blocks to collapse. Then you have to start all over again and build from bottom up.

This "little voice " is that stumbling block and makes you go down after taking all your time and effort to grow and build up. This "little voice" is called doubt. It is that negative voice that comes to your mind after you have been growing and in faith. It always puts you down and makes you weak. You can't be strong because when you reach to the top you fall right back down because a little doubt comes and throws you down. The only way this is overcomes is through faith. 

How sweet are those Righteous Words !

Hello everyone sorry I haven't posted in awhile but I am back :) with the last part of the series "words have power".

"For my mouth will speak truth; Wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are with righteousness; Nothing crooked or perverse is in them. " (proverbs 8:7-8)

Who is this person this verse is speaking about? This verse speaks about the Lord Jesus Himself. The Lord Jesus comes and says exactly the right thing you need to hear at the right time. His words are just so sweet and gentle. So sweet to our soul! Those moments where your just so stressed out and overwhelmed, that sweet voice comes and says, 

Mary and Martha

Then , when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying to Him, 'Lord if You had been here, my brother would not have died. ' " (John 11:32) 

Lazures had just died and Jesus wasn't in the city. Instead of going right away to Judea when Martha had told Jesus that the one whom He loved had died, Jesus stayed two more days in the city He was in. Then after those two days Him and His disciples had left to go see Lazures. When He arrived Martha met Him and told Him the samething Mary did (Lord if you were here he would have not died) but, Martha had doubt. She said she believed but deep inside she really didn't . But Mary was different. As soon as she heard Jesus was calling her she stopped what she was doing (crying) and went to him. The first thing she did was humble herself. Laying before His feet. Jesus even cried. This is the only time in the Bible that it says Jesus cried. See how different they were. The way they approached Jesus showed their true character and who they truly were before God. Have you been like Martha saying you believe but truly inside you don't. Or are you like Mary with a sincere heart and admire Jesus. That's why Jesus had a special relationship with Mary. The way she was before Him and how much she trusted Him ,knowing that God can could save her brother from death. She was even the first one to see Jesus after they had crucified Jesus. God honored her because she always honored Him. What about you? Are you Martha or Mary?
