The Uniform

Hello fellow blog readers! Today's subject is about a experience I had on my way to the New Year's Vigil at the Universal Church. 

The Uniform. For those of you who are a part of the universal family and serve God as assistants or pastors ,know exactly what I am talking about. The assistants uniform is like the battle attire. The uniform has a special meaning to it. It's not just clothes but it's what you wear when you serve God. 

Someone said to me " You know when you have the uniform on it's like your someone else; you have a fire. You completely change once you put it on." 

This uniform has a great meaning for those who serve God. It has a special fire that comes from God. But don't think that by just wearing this uniform it grants your salvation , not at all, salvation requires sacrifice. But if when you put on this uniform it has a fire from God then every second of the day if we wear this uniform (fire) we can be servants that please God. What caught my attention the most was that we must always have the spiritual uniform and everywhere we need to know that God is right next to us. 

To help us overcome battles and tribulations. In order to keep our mind focused 24/7 on the spiritual things we need to picture ourselves wearing our uniform. When the things of the world try to push you away from God just picture yourself wearing your uniform and by doing this you will be killing the bad habits. I've noticed when i wear my uniform I'm more attentive and strive more to give an example. So if we picture ourselves always wearing this uniform spiritually, nothing will ever separate us from God, no matter the distraction. Haven't you noticed that in the church all the assistants match and no member or anyone is allowed to dress the same as the assistant if not given permission. The position you hold has an honor to it. If we take our uniform off spiritually speaking then we let our guard down. The devil can easily make you weak. When someone is weak the enemy is not stronger he just appears stronger because of the weakness the enemy takes advantage. If you never thought about it the uniform you wear has a special fire and anointing! What a honor :) 

Lets wear the uniform of fire and always be close to God in order to be approved before the King of Kings. If we by any chance decide to take it off for one second we could be dishonoring God. Lets feed the fire 24/7 and remember that our uniform has meaning and  anointing. I hope I've explained myself in a way for you to understand. This message is not just for assistants but for those who want to please God.
